This is Anja, a model and dancer, we are planning a film together soon, although she won’t be appearing in it per say she will be the choreographer. So this is a preliminary shoot to get to know each more creatively. She is quiet wonderful.
Collaborations seem to be coming to me more easily of late. To begin with I was so insular about the creative process; in the past it was a somewhat chaotic and solitary endeavour. It is so much easier now, more intrinsic and without the elements of territorialism and defence. It’s been nearly 3years now since I have been a fashion photographer and it took a painfully long time to come to terms with working with others.
I wonder if it has been a struggle for others too. Please do share you feeling on the subject, it always fascinates me to hear of others and their artistic practice.
